This Click & Collect Policy outlines how orders purchased through the Rippa Tennis online store are collected.
All items purchased through the Rippa Tennis Pro Shop are available via Click & Collect only. Rippa Tennis does not offer postage or delivery services at this time.
Once an order has arrived and is ready for collection, customers will be notified via email. Orders can be collected during coaching hours from Pimlico State High School Tennis Courts, as advised at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for collecting their items within a reasonable timeframe after notification. If an order has not been collected within fourteen days of notification and no alternative arrangement has been made, Rippa Tennis reserves the right to contact the customer to arrange collection or discuss next steps.
Customers are encouraged to check their items at the time of collection. Any issues relating to incorrect or faulty items must be reported within seven days of collection in line with the Rippa Tennis Returns and Refunds Policy.
Once an order has been collected, responsibility for the items transfers to the customer.

Rippa Tennis operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, and this policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled.
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size selection, preference changes, or if an item is no longer required. This includes all pre-order items, which are ordered specifically on behalf of the customer.
Pre-Order Items:
All items purchased through our online store are supplied on a pre-order basis. Once a pre-order has been placed and the order has been submitted to our supplier, cancellations or refunds are not available unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Defective Items:
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality.
If you believe an item is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of collection and provide proof of purchase along with a description or photo of the issue. We will assess the item and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of collection so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Collection Responsibility:
Items must be collected during coaching hours from Pimlico State High School courts as advised. Once collected, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
