Cardio Tennis is a fun, high-energy way to stay active while enjoying the game of tennis in Townsville.

Led by Andrew who was personally trained by one of the original coaches who introduced Cardio Tennis to Australia, our sessions stay true to what Cardio Tennis was designed to be: structured, inclusive and effective. With pedometers available, you can track your steps and challenge yourself each week as you build fitness, improve footwork and sharpen your skills in a social, supportive setting.

Saturday Social is a relaxed, friendly way for adults to enjoy match play, meet new people and stay active.

Whether you’re new to match play or building confidence on court, Saturday Social offers structured match play, relaxed rallies and doubles rotations, with plenty of hitting time suited to your pace and experience.
