This Restringing Policy outlines how tennis racquet restringing orders are managed at Rippa Tennis.

All restringing is completed via drop-off and collection at Pimlico State High School Tennis Courts at times arranged with our coaching team. We do not offer postage or delivery for restringing services.

Once your order has been placed, please contact us to arrange a drop-off time for your racquet.

Most racquets are ready within 24–48 hours. We will notify you when your racquet is ready for collection.

Collection is available during coaching hours, as advised.

If you are unsure about string type or tension, our coaches will guide you at the time of drop-off.

Please collect your racquet within a reasonable timeframe after notification. If it has not been collected within fourteen days, we will contact you to arrange collection.

We recommend checking your racquet at collection. If there are any concerns, please let us know as soon as possible.
