Rippa Tennis operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, and this policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size selection, preference changes, or if an item is no longer required. This includes all pre-order items, which are ordered specifically on behalf of the customer.
Pre-Order Items
All items purchased through our online store are supplied on a pre-order basis. Once a pre-order has been placed and the order has been submitted to our supplier, cancellations or refunds are not available unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Defective Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality.
If you believe an item is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of collection and provide proof of purchase along with a description or photo of the issue. We will assess the item and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of collection so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Collection Responsibility
Items must be collected during coaching hours from Pimlico State High School courts as advised. Once collected, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
